We're excited to welcome you to our 4th year at Family Fest with this year including over 50 of Dorset's best traders, live music from local artists and musicians, family funfair, inflatable zone, family & friends zone, dog show, classic car show and more across two fun-packed days for the whole family.

This year tickets are £1 each for anyone aged 6 or over (plus payment fees) and these are available through our ticketing partner. We expect tickets to sell out fairly quickly and with this year at limited capacity, buy your tickets today to avoid disappointment!

 

Tickets must be brought prior to the event and tickets will not be available at the gate.

If you plan to be on-site across the day, you will require two tickets, a 11am to 3pm ticket and a 3pm to 7pm ticket. This applies to both days.

Note: If you plan to be on-site from 11am to 7pm, you will require two tickets for the day you will be attending.

2021 Ticket Terms & Conditions:

The price of the ticket is per person. Extra charges apply for some activities on site (funfair, children's shows etc).

 

Tickets are only refundable if we cancel the event. If we postpone the event due to Covid-19, we will offer you the chance to carry over your tickets to the new event. You will be given a fixed period in which to tell us you cannot make the new date and require a refund, after this period we will no longer be liable to refund your tickets.

 

We reserve the right to cancel the event on certain grounds. We reserve the right to make alterations to the attractions, activities, music, dates, times, venue location and introduce restrictions on activity if advised by the government or the local council/ statutory authority. We will not cancel the event on the grounds of poor weather, poor ground conditions or other limiting factors that do not prevent the event from opening.

 

We will only ever refund your ticket value and any booking fees or card fees will not be refunded. We will never be liable for any travel, accommodation or other third-party costs you may have incurred as a result of the cancellation.

Covid-19 regulations may apply on-site. The event date is currently beyond the date of the government plans to have removed all temporary covid-19 restrictions. The event will, as always, comply with the health and safety regulations applicable to such events, and if there are additional regulations that are still in force during the period of the event, we will carry these out and expect all attending to comply where required.

Anyone aged 16 or under must be accompanied by an adult.

Family Fest will accept well-behaved dogs in our car park and event site. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times and this rule will not be changed at any times. The surrounding fields have sheep livestock within them and no exceptions to this rule will be accepted. You must clear up after your dog. Please note that dogs aren't allowed within the inflatable zone or river at any times. Any owners not sticking to these rules will be asked to leave the event immediately.

No personal alcohol will be allowed on site. Any breaking this rule will be asked to leave the event site immediately. 

Please take all the rubbish home with you from site but where required, please use the bins on site.

Car parking on-site is limited. Please note that when you buy a ticket, you aren't guaranteed a parking space within our on-site car park and we recommend coming by bike, walking or bus. In the event that the car park is full when you arrive, the nearest parking is available in Wimborne Minster town centre, a 10-minute walk from the site. Please do not park on Julian's Road at any time.

Entry to the event:

We reserve the right to refuse entry and/or remove our invite for anyone to be at the event for any reason including the following:

- We have two-time slots for both days - 11am and 3pm - and we ask that you attend between 11am and 2pm for the 11am slot and 3pm and 6pm for the 3pm slot. Anyone who arrives early on-site will not be allowed on-site until the specified site. Last entry onto site will be 6pm on both days.

- Anyone who we reasonably judge to be a threat to staff or attendees with respect to drunkenness, violent or abusive behaviour, non-compliance with our requests, not having acceptable proof of age, the possession of illegal substances, the possession of 'legal highs' and any similar behaviour.

- Anyone who disturbs the other event attendees or local residents after the event closure time.

- Anyone who fails to comply with the licensing restrictions of the event.

- Anyone who fails to comply with the site access restrictions of the event and accesses the neighbouring farm fields.

Ticket Bookings:

 

Your booking is complete when we receive payment. We will send you confirmation of the booking by email.
 

If the event is completely cancelled refunds will be made to the booking details used to carry out the initial booking.

 

We will redeem each ticket at the event against this booking reference. It is your responsibility to keep it secure. We will only redeem each booking reference once (to the first person who presents it).
 

If you receive a wristband it is your responsibility not to lose it, if you do lose it you will have to pay the full event rate again to be issued with another. If you damage your wristband we will exchange it at the box office.

 

No camping is allowed in the event arena or the car park. Local campsites are available with more details available on our website.
