Traders Agreement Deposit

As a festival, we introducted the Traders Agreement Deposit in 2023 due to trading not abiding to five simple but effective rules, and this has worked for both us as a festival, and you, the trader, and we will continue to have this in place in 2026. The Traders Agreement Deposit is a deposit of £25 (£50 for food traders) which will be returned after the festival, by the 30th June 2026, as long as the following rules are followed:

-
You, the festival trader, trade at Family Fest at the advertised times (see below)
-
You, the festival trader, does not pack up or leave early causing blank pitches in the festival
-
You, the festival trader, parks in the traders car park, unless the vehicle is included in the pitch size (food traders provided with a vehicle space behind pitch as part of the pitch)
-
You, the festival trader, does not drive at any time during festival opening hours causing a risk to the public, festival staff and other traders
-
You, the festival trader, listen to all instructions when at Family Fest, including pitch up correctly
Standard traders opening hours are Saturday 30th May 2026, from 10am until 6pm, and Sunday 31st May 2026, from 9am until 4pm. Food traders opening hours are Saturday 30th May 2026, from 10am until 9pm, and Sunday 31st May 2026, from 9am until 4pm with the option for Friday night trading too, Friday 29th May 2026 from 5pm to 9pm, for our campers' only evening.
In the event that the Traders Agreement Deposit rules are broken, your deposit will not be returned.
