Trading at Family Fest

Become a trader for the up-and-coming festival in Wimborne, Dorset!​

We seek out and handpick the best craft, food, drink and other applicable traders for our small festival. If you are eco or environmentally friendly alongside independents, we especially want to hear from you for 2022.

We have trading pitches available from £60.00 for the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) in two main sizes, 3 x 4m and 3 x 6m (HxW) readily available for you to pitch within with bespoke spacing also available as an extra. A typical year welcomes over 1000 across one day but with 2022 being our biggest yet, we are expecting 2000-2500 on each day of our festival.

Standard Trading

Standard trading pitches, based in our trading village, are now available! 

As a standard trader, you will need your own gazebo, which must be secured, weighted and suitable for all weathers, your own table for your stick and be ready for what the British weather throws our way, come rain or shine. We cannot be responsible for any damage to your gazebo and we can not guarantee the location of your trade stand.

2021 trading pitches available:

- 3m x 4m Weekend @ £60.00

- 3m x 6m Weekend @ £90.00

- 3m x 4m Weekend at Front Entrance @ £120.00

- 3m x 6m Weekend at Front Entrance @ £180.00

- Bespoke pitch size from £100.00

3m x 4m is the smallest trading pitch available. Minimum one-day trading slots available.

Please note that you will require the following documents: Public Liability Insurance (£2 million or above) & Event Risk Assessment including Covid-19 Risk Assessment.

Charity Trading (limited available)

 

As well as our standard trading, we provide a limited amount of traders with a 3 x 4m (HxW) free of charge!​

We are looking for charities that would like to be involved in our 2022 festival, either local or national. We love to support a local charity and alongside supporting our festival charity of the year, we provide a limited amount of trading pitches to registered charities, free of charge. While these are limited, if we do run out of availability for these, we will provide a 25% discount to your charity on our standard trading pitch fees.

Food Trading​

 

Food trading pitches, based at various locations across the site, are now available! 

We are looking for food that taste's delicious, looks amazing, and is different from your standard 'festival food' trader to be part of our 2022 festival and celebrate with us in style. Food trading pitches begin from £250.00 for a 3 x 6m (HxW) as a minimum but we do expect larger food trading pitches on a bespoke basis - simply contact us.

Please note that you will require the following documents: Local Authority Registration, Food Hygiene Rating (must be 4* or above), Public Liability Insurance (£5 million or above), Employer's Liability Insurance (£5 million or above), Fire Risk Assessment, Event Risk Assessment including Covid-19 Risk Assessment, PAT Test Certificate (if required) and Gas Safe Certificate (if required).​

Application Process + Dates

This year, a slight change to previous years, invoices for traders are due within 7 days of them being issued (in full) and this will secure your trading pitch for 2022 and your commitment to our festival. If you are successful, you will be emailed within 21 days of your application via email.
