Where is Family Fest?
Our Family Fest home is at The Meadows, Wimborne, Dorset, BH21 3DH
How much is entry to the festival?
Entry is completely free to gain entry to the festival but there are admissions required inside.
What time is the festival open from and until?
The festival site is open from 11am to 7pm on both Saturday and Sunday.
When is the 2021 festival?
Our 2021 festival is taking place on the end of May bank holiday, Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th May 2021.
Can I bring dogs/guide dogs on site?
We are happy for responsible dog owners to bring their dogs into the festival site. All dogs must be on leads at all times, due to the nature of the event site and the event taking place to fields full of sheep.
Is there a cash point available on site?
Due to the rural location, there is no cashpoint available on site. The nearest cash point can be found in Wimborne high street which is around a 15-minute walk from the site.
Can I bring my own food and drink onto the festival site?
Is there a printed programme available?
Yes! Our printed programme will be available at our Information Point at the enterance to the festival and from our festival makers around the site.
Is smoking allowed within the festival site?
The event is an open site so smoking is allowed but please be considerate to traders, contractors and festival makers around the site.
Is there camping available on site across the weekend?
For 2021 we will not have a campsite available on site but there are local campsites, hotels and B&B's available if you would like to make a weekend of it. Visit familyfestdorset.co.uk/wimborne-stay for more information.
Is parking available on site?
There is limited parking available at the festival site and is on a first come, first served basis. Alternative parking can be found in Wimborne Minster Town which is around a 10-minute walk from the site but please note that there is no footpath at Julian's Bridge.
Is there a bus route available to the festival site?
There is a selection of bus services available to the site including a direct route from Wimborne/Poole which is provided by morebus.co.uk and is route 3.

Due to Covid-19, we are currently holding back on opening our 2021 applications for all traders. We have a list of traders who wish to be contacted with the applicaiton link only and if you would like to be added, please contact us.
