2022 Camping Info:
The price of the pitch is for the weekend (arrive on Friday to leave on Monday) and is for a maximum of 5 people.
Book online ONLY. To make sure that we provide the best camping experience and because we are new to this for our festival, camping is bookable via email and is on a first come first-served basis.
Families ONLY. We want this experience to be the best for families visiting and so we will be only allowing family groups only for 2022. No large groups, stag, or hens are allowed at any time.
Protect the site. We love our festival site (camping included in that!) and the fantastic surroundings and so we ask that you take all your rubbish with you home and ensure no one enters adjacent fields on site. Do not climb fences or gates at any point. Bins will be available on site but limited.
Accessing the campsite. To make sure our camping stays family-friendly, the campsite will open at 4pm on Friday and new set-ups will not be allowed after 7pm. The campsite will be open for campsite members-only across the weekend with gates closed for the entire festival site at 9.30pm each evening.
Vehicles on site. Due to the campsite being within our festival site, vehicles will not be allowed within the campsite across the weekend. Parking will be available within the main car park for the duration of the event weekend. If you are camping with a motorhome or caravan, you will be given a pitch with full moving vehicle access across the weekend.
Facilities. Toilets and hand washing are available on the festival and camping site across the weekend. There is no water or electricity available on site so we advise you to stock up and bring torches and portable power packs to charge devices.
Fires & Cooking. We accept gas/portable stoves on site but please keep them off the ground at all times and at least one meter from your tent/vehicle. We DO NOT allow open fires or BBQs on-site at any time. On arrival, please make note of the fire point and bell to raise alarm.
Family Fest will accept well-behaved dogs across our festival site. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times and this rule will not be changed at any times. The surrounding fields have sheep livestock within them and no exceptions to this rule will be accepted. You must clear up after your dog. Please note that dogs aren't allowed within the inflatable zone or river at any times. Any owners not sticking to these rules will be asked to leave the event immediately.
No noise or large groups. Our festival camping ground has a strict no noise after 10pm on all evenings. We do not accept large groups of any kind due to the nature of our festival.
No personal alcohol will be allowed on the festival site. Any breaking this rule will be asked to leave the event site immediately. We will have Challenge25 in place for 2022.
