Camp at Family Fest

Make a whole weekend of it, at Family Fest!

2024 isn't going to be a year you want to miss at Family Fest as we welcome our biggest festival to date.

​

NEW for 2024, you can camp with us on-site at Family Fest. Join us from 4pm on Friday 31st May 2024 until midday on Monday 3rd June 2024 and join other families in making a weekend of it, at Family Fest. Pitch up in a tent, with each pitch 9m x 9m in size, or bring a caravan or motorhome, with our pitch size 12m x 9m in size.

 

Please note that when camping in a tent, we will have a dedicated tent camping car park, and you will be unable to drive to your pitch. Caravan/motorhome pitches can be driven too.

  • Caterers with food available morning, afternoon and evening (to campers only)

2024 Camping Rules:​

Please carefully view our camping rules for Family Fest below, before joining us for 2024 family camping.

 

Please DO NOT bring any of the following within the campsite or onto the Family Fest festival site, including car parks;

 

  • Gazebos

  • Windbreakers

  • Glass Bottles

  • BBQs

  • Open Fires

  • Drones

  • Chinese Lanterns

  • Fireworks

  • Disposable Vapes

  • Illegal Substances of any kind

Family Camping Only. We only accept family camping at our campsite and we will not accept large adult-only groups of 6 or more on site.

​

Campsite Hours. The Family Fest campsite will open at 4pm on Friday 31st May 2024. The campsite will be open, to campers only, on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. The campsite will close at midday on Monday 3rd June 2024.

Parking. All campers camping in tents will be provided with pitches without a parking space. There is a main camping car park on site, which is for campers only. If you are with a motorhome, we have special motorhome-size pitches available for the weekend. Caravan campers can park their vehicle beside their caravan or within the camping car park on site.

Toilets. We have basic 4x toilets and 1x disabled toilet available to use within our campsite. Please ensure they are thoroughly cleaned after use, and ready for the next campers to use. Cleaning cloths and sanitiser are provided for ease. All toilets will be cleaned morning and night by our onsite cleaners.

​

WiFi/Phone Signal. We don't have public WiFi available onsite but there is a mobile signal within the campsite. Please note that at busy times of the day, phone signals may be intermittent due to the amount of festival goers on site.

​

Quiet after 10pm. Please respect all campers. Quiet time within the campsite is from 10pm until 8am each evening. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time.

BBQ/Fires. We do NOT allow fires of any kind on site. Raised BBQs are allowed, but please do not put these on the ground at any point

​

Alcohol. You are not permitted to bring any of your own alcohol onto the festival site and we will be holding random bag searches across the day at the main entrance to the festival site. Please note, no glass bottles or no glass in general is allowed on site, in any location, due to this damaging the farmland.

 

Own alcohol is allowed within the campsite area for personal consumption - per person: 12 cans of beer/lager/cider OR 75cl of spirits OR a 2.25-litre box of unopened wine for the weekend.

We reserve the right to remove any individuals from the festival site and/or festival campsite, for drunkness, unruly behaviour or for breaking any of these conditions outlined above, or below.
